As a School Principal, I have closely worked with students and parents through some of the most crucial academic and career decision-making phases, gaining deep insight into the academic, emotional, and psychological challenges families face while navigating career pathways.

I am recognised for my commitment to clarity, structured guidance, thoughtful planning, and responsible decision-making. I strongly believe that marks alone never define a student’s potential, and that every individual possesses unique strengths, interests, and abilities that deserve the right direction and nurturing.

My approach focuses on understanding students beyond report cards through aptitude assessment, strength mapping, and research-backed career planning.
