With over two decades of experience in education, training, and student mentoring, he has guided numerous students and parents in making informed academic and career decisions during crucial stages of their lives.

Driven by a strong passion to bring scientific and personalized career guidance to students and families, he founded Brain Tracker Career Counselling and Guidance Academy in 2015 to helping students move from uncertainty to clarity and empowering them to pursue careers aligned with their true potential.
